I am so grateful to have found Remembering Live. When my Mother passed away during the onset of the Pandemic, I was completely lost. I have family all over the country and I had no way to honor her in the way we way we all accustomed. During an internet search, that I thought would be futile, I found Remembering Live. First, I am so grateful for all of the support that you gave us to prepare a remote ceremony for my mom, your services were amazing. You were the 3rd company that I reached out to, I tried 2 others that I found first, both left me with call back slots that were missed and no direct call number. I started looking for a service on a Saturday and by the end of the day had given up, at night time I thought, just do a simple cell search and see what I can find, and I found you, Remembering.Live. I called the next day, and spoke to someone who was really sweet and helpful, who immediately connected me to Ben Posner. Ben took the reins and ran the course with me all week to get mom's celebration ready, and he did a marvelous job at getting it all together, helping host it, understanding our needs, being flexible to different traditions, and keeping people from all over the world in and participating with the ceremony. It is so hard to know how to even express my appreciation for you all and what you have done for us. When I first contacted Remembering Live, I was in a panic and felt the edges of my sanity fraying from all we had been through with the death of my mother from COVID and the subsequent maze of closed doors I had encountered in the process. And then Susan Barnaby quietly walked into my life and opened that door... and kept it open. Thank you so much, Susan, for your endless patience, your understanding, your encouragement and your empathy. Every step of the way you made me feel like we could do this and that it would be beautiful and worthy of my mother. Every time I panicked, you looked calmly into my eyes from hundreds of miles away and said, "It will be okay, I promise"... and I felt it. And you were right. Thank you Diamond for being calm, professional and in control and giving me ZERO to worry about today. You are an absolute rock star. HUGE thanks to Yann, who, although he never knew my mother, was able to wade through the stack of photos and pick truly the best ones and place them at the perfect moments to take me on a journey through my memories in a deeply touching way. I felt my mom in every moment of that video and will treasure it forever. And thank you to all of the folks behind the scenes at Remembering Live whose names I do not know but who made all of this happen for us. It is not the funeral that I had ever imagined for my mother, but I am so thankful that you all were there in these unprecedented times to make it something worthy of the amazing woman that she was.
